Did you know that you can activate or deactivate Comments on your individual post?

Yeah, you have COMPLETE CONTROL through your admin panel

WordPress allows the poster to activate/deactivate comments on an individual post

It’s actually quite simple. 

Just edit your post and click OFF/ON box on the ALLOW COMMENTS field

Clicking it OFF will immediatley STOP ALL COMMENTS on that particular post. 

In other words, it will take the POST COMMENTS BOX off your post so that users cannot post a comment.
Now, if you need edit an existing post or posts faster, use QUICK EDIT

HOW TO QUICK EDIT SUPER FAST

1. Go to POSTS
2. Then put your cursor over the Title of your article
3. Click on QUICK EDIT
4. Click OFF the the “ALLOW COMMENTS” box
5. Click UPDATE
6. Repeat for all articles that you want to close the post comments box
7. Done
